Sharkey

A derivative of Irish O’Searceigh (pronounced “O’Sharkey”), meaning “beloved,” Sharkey began as the surname for the wonder woman that has adopted residency on this site. Blessed with an unfortunately common first name for a not-so-common personality, she used Sharkey as her only title regularly beginning in pre-adolescent years, and has continued with great pride to be a one-named legend amongst her friends and colleagues.
